The Salsa and Margarita Competitions will be held Friday, February 10, 2012 only. The Home Cooked Chili Competition will be held Saturday, February 11, 2012 only. The Professional Chef Competition will be held Sunday, February 12, 2012 only. Please be sure to include both your e-mail and phone number.
